Dragon Boating: A Sport for Everyone Dragon boating is a sport that embraces all. No matter your age or fitness level, you’re guaranteed to enjoy the spirit of teamwork and the joy of friendship.
What to Expect:
- 30 mins dry land training covering the basics of dragon boat paddling, safety precautions, and emergency procedures.
- 60-90 mins on-water practice in the dragon boat
- Equipment (boat, life jackets, paddles) will be provided
- Please bring water, and wear clothing and footwear
- Bring change of clothing
