🙌🐉 To Every 2026 Festival Volunteer—Thank You!

Before the first drum sounded and long after the final race finished, our volunteers were working to make the 2026 Sinopec Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival possible.

You welcomed paddlers and visitors, prepared the site, supported the docks and marshalling areas, assisted with race operations, provided information, coordinated shuttles and parking, supported the Opening Ceremonies and VIP reception, helped our vendors and performers, cared for the Kids Zone and kept the festival moving safely throughout the weekend.

Many of you worked early mornings, long shifts and behind the scenes in roles the public may never see—but every contribution mattered.

This festival is built on teamwork, and our volunteers demonstrated the very best of that spirit. You brought energy, patience, professionalism and kindness to North Glenmore Park.
